YOU AREN’T JUST A NUMBER TO US
Dr. Krista isn’t just a chiropractor, she’s a partner in your family’s health. With specialized training and certifications, including pediatric and perinatal care through the ICPA, she focuses on nervous system function, symmetry, and balance, helping each patient, from babies to grandparents, reach their full potential.
babies

Even from the very beginning, little ones can benefit from gentle chiropractic support. The birth process and early developmental stages can place stress on a baby’s delicate spine and nervous system. While things like difficulty latching, gassiness, or restless sleep may be common, they aren’t necessarily normal. Chiropractic care for infants is extremely gentle and always specific to your baby’s needs. By supporting proper nervous system function early on, care can promote better sleep, improved feeding and digestion, and overall comfort. With advanced training and certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), I provide safe, preventive, and wellness-focused care to help your baby grow, develop, and thrive from day one.
kiddos

As kids grow and meet new milestones, their bodies and nervous systems are constantly adapting. Gentle and specific chiropractic care can help keep everything in balance by supporting posture, coordination, focus, immunity and overall well-being. In our office, we emphasize prevention and wellness, not just care when symptoms arise. This way your child has a strong foundation for healthy development. With advanced training and certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), I provide safe, specific care tailored to each child, helping them move, grow, and thrive through every chapter of life.
pregnancy

The perinatal period (before, during, and after pregnancy) is a time of incredible change for both mom and baby. As the body adapts, it’s normal to experience shifts in posture, balance, and comfort. While aches, tension, and sleep challenges are often seen in pregnancy, they don’t have to be accepted as your new normal. Chiropractic care during pregnancy helps support pelvic balance, ease discomfort, and optimize space for your growing baby. Postpartum care is equally important, aiding in recovery and helping your body adapt to new demands. With advanced training and certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), including techniques like the Webster Technique, my goal is to provide safe, preventive, and wellness-focused care so you can feel supported in every stage of your motherhood journey.
adults
-
Chiropractic care isn’t just about addressing back or neck pain, it’s about supporting your body’s ability to function at its best through every chapter of life. Everyday stresses and physical demands can take a toll on the body, so much so that many adults experience tension, fatigue, or posture challenges. Adjustments help restore balance to the spine and nervous system, promoting better movement, energy, and overall wellness. Whether you’re an active adult, a busy parent, or looking for care that supports your whole family, we emphasize prevention and long-term health. By keeping your nervous system clear and connected, chiropractic care lays the foundation for a healthier, more vibrant life at every age.

Check your email for a secure link to your new patient paperwork.
You can fill it out at your own pace and when it is most convenient for you, so you never feel rushed. Filling it out ahead of time helps us spend your visit focused on you, not the forms.
If you have recent imaging or reports you’d like Dr. Krista to review, bring those along.

Your first visit is all about listening to your story and understanding your health goals.
Here's how it flows:
We’ll show you around the space, introduce you to the team, and make sure you feel comfortable. You’ll then meet with Dr. Krista to go over your health history, symptoms, and what you hope to get out of care at The Nook, including all of your long term goals. She will then perform a comprehensive examination including posture, movement, functional and neurological assessments. Our assessments are designed to look at how your body functions as a whole, with a special focus on symmetry and balance to see how well your spine, posture, and nervous system are working together. By the end of your first visit, we’ll have a better understanding of where your body is starting, what may be holding you back, and how chiropractic care can help you reach your health goals. It is important to note we typically do not adjust on the first visit to ensure safe, effective care.
-
Your second visit is where we put the pieces together. Dr. Krista will review your exam findings, explain what’s happening in your body, and outline a personalized care plan. We’ll answer all your questions and make sure you know exactly what to expect moving forward. During this visit, you’ll receive your first gentle, specific adjustment. We will guide you every step of the way so you can begin your chiropractic journey with clarity and confidence.
