Hi, I’m Dr. Krista! I created The Nook Family Chiropractic to be a space where families feel supported, cared for, and truly at home on their health journey. I believe every family deserves a place where they feel cared for, heard, and supported. The name reflects exactly what I wanted this office to be: a cozy, safe space where healing begins and vibrant living becomes possible.
MEET DR. KRISTA

My passion for chiropractic began in high school when I attended a career day and heard a female chiropractor talk about how she helped people unlock their health potential. That single moment sparked a calling in me. I went on to earn my undergraduate degree from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania followed by my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University. I’m Webster Certified and have advanced training in perinatal and pediatric chiropractic care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). My approach is gentle, specific, and focused on helping your nervous system function at its best. Because when your nervous system is thriving, so are you. At The Nook, every patient is seen as a whole person, not just a symptom to be fixed. I take time to explain every step of care, celebrate your progress, and empower you with tools that help you feel confident in your health decisions. When I’m not in the office, you can find me spending time with my husband, Alan, and our dog, Olive, sneaking in a Pilates class, or enjoying the water. This work is my heart. I’m here to help you and your family discover just how incredible your bodies are and to guide you toward the healthiest, most vibrant version of yourselves.
